مشروع 52 الخاص بمساعدة اطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من شعبنا المهجر في العراق
St. Addai Chaldean Catholic Church of New Zealand proudly presents and urges you to participate and join us in our expedition to financially support 52 disabled Christian Iraqi children. The most relevant time to take action is NOW
The year 2014 has seen more global persecution of Christians than any other years in recent history. In the city of Mosul alone more than 125,000 Christians were forced to leave their homes, their belongings, and their life behind. They were given an ultimatum, either convert to Islam, flee, or be killed. The majority of the people who managed to escape sought refuge in nearby city of Erbil. The families were living in tents for many months but are now in steel caravans, or small manufactured structures. Each family, which consists of 5-8 people are squeezed into a space that measures 10 feet by 20 feet.
In spite of the increased violence and persecution, Christians feel a peace that passes all understanding because of their tremendous faith.
Let’s advocate and save the last Aramaic speaking group of our time.
